Edited a Petition for an Emergency United Nations Resolution on Iraq, and facilitated the online dissemination of the petition. The Uniting for Peace Coalition came into being with the intention of calling on the United Nations General Assembly to invoke the provisions of General Assembly Resolution 377(V), Uniting for Peace, in response to the failure of the Security Council to reach consensus on U.S. plans for an illegal pre-emptive war against Iraq.
